- Cesky Krumlov - by UNexperienced - Cesky Krumlov - by UNexperienced
One of the most charming historic city in Czech republic. Protected by UNESCO. After Prague is most visited by foreign tourists. Completely unique preserved gothic and renaissance historic center with second biggest castle/chateu after Prague castle (Prague castle is in Guiness book of records as biggest castle on world). Really nice surroundings landscape with many big hills and rivers and almost no industry - just small villages, farms, animals (horses, cows and so on). I can recommend it!

Oh, it is beautiful! I have been 4 times to Prague, I think, and I Love it! And also a bit into it's surroundings. But I never knew this place even existed! Next time I am in Czechia I will visit Cesky Krumlov! Thank you! :)

Thank U kindly. I love more Cesky Krumlov, its much quieter than Prague (of course not in main season), more charming... But Czech Republic is much more than those two cities. Just try look into these small galleries for better overview: www.kudyznudy.cz/Galerie-autor…

And try this official presentation of our country: U can choose here by theme like spa, cities, castles, nature etc.

You are very right, Czech Republic is much more than those two cities! I know it is very beautiful,  I always wanted to visit Mariánské Lázně for it's beauty for instance :) And also you have the most amazing hills and forests:) I wish I could visit them all... but the two or sometimes a bit more weeks of holiday a year and a world to see... I am not going to make it ;) I did visit Terezin though. And you know what, the most wonderful thing in your country are the people. So very nice and friendly, especially when you greet them with  a simple dobrý den :)

Marianske Lazne are my favorite spa town:) Well, honestly - nature (mountains..) has for example Slovakia (U know, formerly Czechoslovakia) better. We have much more preserved historical monuments, cities, castles and chateaux. But their landscape is much more dramatic, more preserved (closer to Austria for example).
People - well, we have lots (due our history) from Germans. Slovakia people for sure has more temperament.
Iam glad U have nice experience with our people!:) My younger brother worked long years in Netherlands (Rotterdam), not complaining about people too. And we have in our country lots of Netherlands people, they like it here.
U get good response in every country when U used some local native language as greetings:) And here its probably more valuated because we know our language is difficult:) Sorry for my bad english:)

I will be back in Czechia, but this time in the countryside and of course to Cesky Krumlov! Thank you very much! :)
